I joined to lose weight after my first baby was born. I went to the mother and baby pilates class and saw how easy the gym was to use and the wide variety of equipment. I'm in great shape now with our second on the way and as I was exercising before I got pregnant I'm able to continue exercising during this pregnancy. The gym is really user friendly and the instructors know what they're doing.

Spinning:
The ultimate calorie burn! Hit the hills, the straights and the downhill sprints to the backdrop of pumping music to keep you focused on burning calories and shifting stubborn fat. Never done spinning before? No problem, we cater for everyone. Let us know beforehand and we will help get you set up and help you through your first class.

Kettlebells:
You'll challenge all the muscles in your body from grip to glutes, slash fat quickly, build muscular strength and endurance, increase flexibility, boost your energy and get the lean look.

Pilates:
A body-conditioning technique designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body. Pilates targets the deep postural muscles within the body through a series of exercises aimed at building muscle strength and rebalancing the body. Excellent for improving posture, strength and flexibility and aligning the body correctly, pilates also teaches coordination, concentration and control of the body.

Yoga:
Our instructor Linda has years of experience both internationally and in some of Ireland's top leisure centres and bring Ashtanga Yoga to Women's Fitness Plus every Tuesday morning and Wednesday evening.

Boxercise:
This is definitely one to blow off some steam after an long day's work. Boxercise is an exercise class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. This class is fun but will give an excellent workout. Classes involve shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting pads, kicking punchbags, press-ups, shuttle-runs and sit-ups. As no class involves the physical hitting of an opponent, you will love this challenging and safe workout.

Fab Abs:
For the ultimate abdominal workout. This class focuses on the midsection, feel the burn in this class and you will be well on the way to a rock hard flat stomach!!

SpinBells:
The ulimate workout. Blending two of our most popular classes, Spinning and Kettlebells. This workout has been designed by Alana, giving you the fat melting elements of Spinning and the Toning benefits of Kettlebells, this is sure to push you to your limits!

Booty Boot Camp:
The Booty boot camp is for the Beyonce wannabes! It's an intense fat burning workout which will focus on lifting the bum and getting those killer legs for the LBD! Lots of lunges squat which will help you get those super toned legs and toned Booty.

Body Sculpt:
A Mix of Kettle bells, dumbbells and body weight exercises The Body sculpt is a full body workout. This will sculpt, strengthen and elongate all of your major muscle groups, great for toning the arms and tummy. You can learn a few different techniques with dumbbells and kettle bells so it will benefit your own workout time too!

20:20:20:
Three workouts in one! This class will vary each week mixing up all the classes that we have weekly. So you can try out all the different options each week. A mix of Aerobic/Conditioning and Core which will help you get that all over body workout! Great for toning and getting that cardio in at the weekend!!!!
